Alaa Salih started working at the Centre for Employment Innovation in 2020 as a Student Intern and is now a Research Assistant. As someone from a visible minority group, she believes that increasing minority representation in both professional settings and in academia is essential and aims to raise awareness of the importance of institutional and organizational diversity. She is also keen to ensure that community perspectives are heard and incorporated throughout the research process.
