The Centre for Employment Innovation (CEI) at St. Francis Xavier University, in partnership with the Coady Institute, welcomes interest in the position of Research Assistant – Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA).

The IDEA Research Assistant will work within the CEI’s IDEA thematic research stream. This will include conducting and supporting community-led research within this stream. It will also include the developmental evaluation and associated activities, including qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis, for the Nova Scotia Works Diversity and Inclusion Program, Phase 1 African Nova Scotians and People of African Descent Program.
