In this conversation with Laurie Edwards, we will explore the key changes Laurie has seen in the workplace and workforce over her 25-year career in career development and counseling.
In particular, we will delve into her perspective on whether the current questions about the future of work are fundamentally different from previous periods of technological disruption.
Based on Laurieโs unique vantage point, she will also share her thoughts on the implications of the increasing shift towards a gig economy and the change in workplace culture as Millennials and Generation Z begin to replace the exiting Baby Boomers.
